Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, contacting us, visiting our showroom, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Rajlakshmi Enterprises provides:
Buying/selling of used/pre-owned cars
Vehicle evaluation and exchange assistance
Park-and-sell facility (if applicable)
Finance/EMI assistance through third-party lenders (subject to eligibility)
Vehicle Information & Availability
Stock, pricing, features and availability can change without notice.
Photos and descriptions are indicative. Actual condition may vary.
Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles and take a test drive before purchase.
Inspection & Buyer Responsibility
Used cars may have wear and tear consistent with age/mileage.
Buyer should verify: vehicle condition, service history, insurance and documentation before purchase.
Rajlakshmi Enterprises will support verification to the extent possible, but final purchase decision is the buyer’s responsibility.
Pricing, Booking Amount & Payments
Any booking/token amount (if collected) is subject to the Refund/Cancellation Policy.
Full payment must be completed as per agreed terms before delivery/transfer (unless financed).
Prices may exclude transfer fees, insurance renewal, accessories and RTO charges unless specified.
RC Transfer & Documentation
We assist in documentation and RC transfer.
RC transfer timelines depend on RTO processes and document availability.
Customers must provide valid documents and cooperate for timely completion.
Finance/EMI Assistance
Loan approval, interest rates, tenure, fees and disbursal are decided by the bank/NBFC.
We may help collect documents and coordinate, but we do not guarantee approval.
Any lender charges (processing fee, foreclosure, penal charges) are governed by lender policies.
Trade-in / Exchange Terms
Exchange value depends on inspection, documents, loan status and market conditions.
Final exchange value is confirmed after verification and physical inspection.
Park-and-Sell Terms
Parking is subject to space availability and agreed conditions.
The owner remains responsible for legal ownership until sold/ transferred.
Terms for duration, pricing, test drives and buyer negotiation may be agreed separately.
Customer Conduct
Abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity may result in refusal of service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction (preferably Tenkasi/Tirunelveli as applicable).
