Overview

This policy explains refunds/cancellations related to:

  • Booking/token amounts

  • Service charges (evaluation, documentation support if charged)

  • Park-and-sell arrangements (if charged)

Booking / Token Amount (Vehicle Reservation)

If you pay an amount to reserve a vehicle:

  • Reservation holds the vehicle for a limited period as agreed.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of processing.

When a Refund May Be Considered

Refund may be considered if:

  • Rajlakshmi Enterprises cannot deliver the reserved vehicle due to internal reasons, or

  • The transaction cannot proceed due to documentation issues solely from our side.

When Refund May Be Partial or Not Applicable

Booking/token may be non-refundable or partially refundable if:

  • Buyer cancels after reservation and the hold period has started

  • Vehicle was blocked from other buyers during the reservation period

  • Costs were incurred for documentation, inspection, transport, or arrangement
    In such cases, deductions may apply.

Cancellations After Agreement / Delivery Preparation

If cancellation is requested after paperwork has started, any expenses already incurred (RTO agent fees, document charges, inspection costs) may be deducted.

Refund Timelines

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method (subject to bank processing times).

Finance-Related Refund Notes

If the purchase involves finance:

  • Lender processing fees/charges are governed by the bank/NBFC and may be non-refundable.

  • Any refund related to lender charges must be taken up with the lender directly.

Evaluation Fees (If Applicable)

If you paid for a vehicle evaluation as a standalone service:

  • The fee is generally non-refundable once evaluation is completed and the report/value is shared.

Park-and-Sell Fees (If Applicable)

If any parking/handling fee is charged:

  • Fees may be non-refundable for the period already used.

  • Refund/adjustment may be considered for unused period based on the agreement.

How to Request a Refund/Cancellation

Send a request with:

  • Name, phone number

  • Payment receipt/details

  • Vehicle details (if applicable)

  • Reason for request
