Job Summary:
Rajlakshmi Enterprises is hiring a full-time Manager to handle day-to-day business operations with strong focus on accounts management, banking coordination, team handling, and client communication. This role requires a responsible and organised person who can manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy in accounts, and support smooth coordination between staff and customers. If you are confident with numbers, communication, and leadership, this is a strong growth role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounts entries, billing, and basic reports
- Handle company banking coordination and payment tracking
- Maintain organised records and account documentation
- Interact with customers professionally and handle service-related queries
- Coordinate with team members and manage daily task allocation
- Monitor day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Support follow-ups, scheduling, and internal coordination
- Ensure accuracy, discipline, and timely completion of tasks
Requirements / Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Fluent in English and Tamil
- Good knowledge of accounts and basic office processes
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage a small team and handle responsibilities
- Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented
